SAN DIEGO TURNED OUT FOR HAPPY HALLO-WINE BENEFIT FOR HOME START, 10.21.09

Kimmel Vineyards was very pleased to participate in "Happy Hallo-wine" on October 21 in San Diego to raise funds for Home Start. Jim and Debby Kimmel poured our 2007 Chardonnay for a sold out crowd of 120. The view and sunset was spectacular from the 15th floor overlooking PETCO field and the downtown area around the bay. Guests were treated to hors d'oeures and wines from several local wineries in addition to Kimmel Vineyards.

HOME START promotes the safety and nurturing of children by fostering families and communities. Kimmel Vineyards takes great pride in being able to participate in events in support of community efforts. We hope to be asked to participate in many more.

DINING OUT WITH KIMMEL VINEYARDS

Lillian and Jim had a chance to stop by PATRONA RESTAURANT & LOUNGE in Ukiah and were treated to a wonderful evening of great food and friendly service. The menu created by Craig and Bridget Strattman is 5-Star and not to be missed if in the area. From grilled nectarine and baby spinach, to figs drizzled in honey, to fresh Halibut, the menu offers many exciting choices.

PATRONA is located at 130 W. Standley in Ukiah,CA and serves dinner Tuesdays through Saturdays.
