This Cabernet is our second bottling after the 2010 Cabernet Franc. The wine was crushed and fermented in stainless tanks and allowed to go through its second fermentation before being racked off into neutral oak barrels. Using basically no oak before bottling it retains all it's natural flavors unmasked by wood. A style that we may go to in the future. Called the 'Father" of Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine is terrific now for those wanting "un-blended" excellence. It is 100% joy."
